Bennett and Barkell use AUS POST for shipping at a flat rate of $10 per order.

We currently do not offer International Shipping.

Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours so long as:

• Order is made before 12:00pm (Australian Eastern Time GMT +10:00)

• Products are in stock

• Mon – Fri (weekends & public holidays excluded)
  

If you feel your order has had ample time to be delivered but has not arrived, please contact us immediately. We are able to track all orders within Australia.

NB – If you have an error in your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to rectify the problem

SERVICES

We do not offer refunds on our services.

If you have any concerns with your hair please contact us within 5 days of your service and we will be happy to discuss and book an adjustment appointment if required. If you fail to contact us within a 5 day time frame any future appointments will be regarded as regular services. If for any reason you need to reschedule, cancel, or fail to attend an adjustment service, any further future appointments will be regarded as a regular service.

We endeavour to gain a concise direction, and hair plan with you, at the time of consultation and not offer re-do’s or discounted services for ‘change of mind’ situations.

Our highly trained technicians provide professional results using the finest products available. Bennett & Barkell cannot guarantee lasting results unless you are using recommended home care products purchased from B&B or if you swim regularly.

PRODUCTS AND ELECTRICAL GOODS

At Bennett and Barkell we do not offer returns for ‘change of mind’. We will however happily accept returns on faulty products within 14 days of purchase or within the items warranty period. Contact us via email to arrange for damaged goods to be replaced. The product must be accompanied by the relevant proof of purchase, and images/description detailing the fault.

We do not offer refund of freight charges on delivery and return of goods.

In the event that a refund is agreed, Bennett and Barkell will refund the appropriate amount to the payment method used for the initial purchase.

As per consumer law our gift vouchers are valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of issue.  

Gift vouchers must be redeemed within the validity period and must be surrendered in store upon redemption. 

Expired gift vouchers are not redeemable and as such, amounts will not be refunded or credited if gift voucher is expired.

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be refunded and cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers. If purchase amount exceeds the voucher amount, the balance must be paid by other available payment options.

We do not accept any liability for lost or stolen vouchers.
